Airsoft Safety & Conduct Policy
At Poseidon, safety is our top priority. We encourage all players to act responsibly, follow legal guidelines, and use good judgment to ensure Airsoft remains a safe and enjoyable activity for everyone.

Safety first. Play with care, integrity, and respect for others.

Wear protective gear. Eye protection is a must for players and spectators whenever an Airsoft gun is in use.

Keep it private. Airsoft guns should never be displayed or carried in public spaces—it’s illegal and can create safety risks. Avoid schools or restricted areas entirely.

Respect property. If you’re playing on private land, let neighbors know ahead of time to prevent confusion.

Guide the next generation. Minors need proper training and supervision before using Airsoft gear.

Know the risks. Airsoft equipment can be dangerous—always use protective gear to stay safe.

Handle with care. LiPo batteries and compressed gas can be hazardous if mishandled. Follow safety instructions to avoid fires or injuries.

All domestically sold products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

If an item is defective or damaged, our Poseidon service team will repair or replace it at no extra cost, based on their assessment.

Returns or exchanges outside of warranty terms may incur a restocking fee.
