Airsoft Safety &  Conduct Policy

At Poseidon, safety is our top priority. We encourage all players to act responsibly, follow legal guidelines, and use good judgment to ensure Airsoft remains a safe and enjoyable activity for everyone.

  • Safety first. Play with care, integrity, and respect for others.

  • Wear protective gear. Eye protection is a must for players and spectators whenever an Airsoft gun is in use.

  • Keep it private. Airsoft guns should never be displayed or carried in public spaces—it’s illegal and can create safety risks. Avoid schools or restricted areas entirely.

  • Respect property. If you’re playing on private land, let neighbors know ahead of time to prevent confusion.

  • Guide the next generation. Minors need proper training and supervision before using Airsoft gear.

  • Know the risks. Airsoft equipment can be dangerous—always use protective gear to stay safe.

  • Handle with care. LiPo batteries and compressed gas can be hazardous if mishandled. Follow safety instructions to avoid fires or injuries. 

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

    • All domestically sold products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

    • If an item is defective or damaged, our Poseidon service team will repair or replace it at no extra cost, based on their assessment.

    • Returns or exchanges outside of warranty terms may incur a restocking fee.

    Transit Damage

    • If your order arrives damaged from shipping, keep all packaging and reach out to our Customer Service team at cs@twposeidon.com.
