Return & Exchange Policy

-General Terms

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accommodated.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and labels.
  • Sale items and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items that are damaged, missing components, or not in their original condition due to reasons unrelated to our error will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

-Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at cs@twposeidon.com with the following details:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or tracking number)
  • A clear photo of the item
  • Reason for the return

2. Upon approval, securely repack the item in itsΒ original packaging with all included components.

3. Ship the item at your expense via a trackable shipping method to:

*Important Notes*

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


-Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus a 4% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant service charges.
  • Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, it will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.


-Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, an incorrect shipping address, or failure to receive the package, the following terms apply:

  • You may request re-shipment at your own expense.
  • If you choose not to re-ship, a partial refund will be issued after deducting:
    • The original shipping cost
    • Any return shipping fees imposed by the carrier
    • A 4% processing fee

-Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective upon arrival or damaged during transit.


-Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping.
  • If an order is canceled, a refund will be processed.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
